These terms explain how you purchase from Lazuela, what we guarantee you, and what we expect from you. They are written to be understandable without a lawyer by your side.
Please read them before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to what is stated on this page.
1. Who we are and what this document is about
Lazuela is a jewelry brand that sells through lazuela.com.
These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Lazuela and you when you browse the site or make a purchase. Together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Returns Policy, they form the complete agreement between both parties.

2. Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have read and accept these terms.
- You are of legal age according to the laws of your country and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- The information you provide us is truthful, complete, and current, especially the delivery address.
- You are purchasing as a final consumer and not for resale.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not place the order.
3. Our products
3.1 What we sell
Ready-to-wear jewelry, designed to represent family and emotional bonds. All pieces are from our catalog: they do not depend on engravings, names, or individual manufacturing, unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
3.2 Materials
The exact composition of each piece is indicated in its product description and takes precedence.
Unless the description states otherwise, our pieces are made of stainless steel, brass, or similar alloys, with gold, rose gold, or rhodium plating. They are not solid gold or sterling silver pieces, and we do not present them as such at any time.
Plating is a coating and, like all coatings, it wears off with use. The duration depends on care, contact with water, perfumes, creams, and sweat, and the use you give it. In the product description and in our care guide, you will find how to extend its life.
3.3 Images and colors
We photograph the pieces with the highest possible fidelity. Even so, color and brightness may vary depending on the screen, lighting, and your device's settings. A reasonable variation in tone does not constitute a defect.
The indicated measurements may have a manufacturing tolerance of up to 5%.
3.4 Availability
Products are offered while supplies last. If after your order we detect that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can choose between waiting, replacing it, or receiving a full refund for that item.
4. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes when required by your country's legislation.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment, never after.
- Tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes of your country are not included in the price, unless expressly stated. Consult the Shipping Policy to know who assumes them in your case.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of your order, and a subsequent change will never affect you.
Price errors
If, due to a technical or human error, a product is published with a manifestly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and fully refund you, informing you beforehand. We are not obliged to sell at an obviously erroneous price.
5. How your purchase is formalized
- You select the products and add them to the cart.
- You enter your shipping and billing information.
- You review the summary: products, price, taxes, and shipping costs.
- You make the payment.
- You receive a confirmation email with the order details.
The contract is perfected when we send you the order confirmation, not before.
When we may not accept an order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, informing you and fully refunding you, in the following cases:
- Lack of product availability.
- Manifest error in price or description.
- Well-founded suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method.
- Impossibility of delivery to the indicated address.
- Breach of these terms.
- Orders with volume or pattern characteristic of resale.
6. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment is made at the time of purchase through certified gateways.
Lazuela does not store your full card details. This information is encrypted and sent directly to the payment provider.
If the payment is rejected or reversed by your bank, the order will be void and we may suspend its preparation or shipment.
7. Shipping
The complete conditions are in the Shipping Policy. The essentials:
- Delivery times are displayed before payment and are estimated: they depend on customs, the carrier, and circumstances beyond our control.
- We operate with a network of distribution centers and logistics partners in different countries. Therefore, a single order may arrive in several packages and on different dates, at no additional cost to you. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the re-shipping costs are at your expense.
- If you reject delivery or do not pick up the package and it is returned to us, we will refund the amount of the products, deducting the logistics costs actually incurred.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or the person you designate physically receives the order.
8. Returns, withdrawal, and warranty
The complete conditions are in the Returns Policy. The essentials:
- We fully respect the right of withdrawal or retraction granted to you by the law of your country. The specific deadlines are in the annexes to this document.
- In addition to the legal minimum, we offer a commercial return policy of [30] calendar days from receipt, applicable in all our markets.
- To be accepted, the piece must be unused, in its original condition, and with its packaging.
- Customized or made-to-measure products are excluded from withdrawal, in accordance with the law.
- The legal warranty for lack of conformity applies according to the legislation of your country. The deadlines are in the annexes.
- Natural wear and tear of the plating due to use does not constitute a lack of conformity.
9. Content you share with us
If you send or publish photos, videos, reviews, or testimonials mentioning Lazuela, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use that content on our site, social media, and advertising, indicating your username when appropriate.
By submitting it, you confirm that:
- The content is yours or you have the right to assign it.
- The people who appear have given their consent.
- It does not include illegal, offensive, or content that infringes third-party rights.
You can revoke this license at any time by writing to hola@lazuela.com. We will remove the content from our channels within a reasonable period, except for already printed materials or published campaigns that are technically impossible to modify.
10. Promotions, coupons, and discounts
- Each promotion has its own conditions and term, indicated in the communication itself.
- Unless otherwise stated, coupons are not stackable.
- Coupons have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable.
- We may cancel coupons obtained by fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized means.
- If you return an order purchased with a discount, the refund corresponds to the amount actually paid.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on lazuela.com — brand, logo, texts, photographs, videos, designs, and code — is the property of Lazuela or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without written authorization.
12. Site Usage
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or attempt to access restricted areas.
- Extract data automatically (scraping) without authorization.
- Impersonate another person or use payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Post false reviews or defamatory content.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
13. Liability
We are liable for damages arising directly from the breach of our obligations, in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights recognized by law as a consumer. Where a clause in this document contradicts a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country, the law prevails.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
- Improper use of the product or failure to follow care instructions.
- Technical interruptions of the site beyond our control.
- Content of third-party sites linked from ours.
Force majeure: We will not be liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as catastrophes, conflicts, strikes, customs restrictions, generalized transport or telecommunications failures.
14. Claims
Write to us at hola@lazuela.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
Our commitment is to resolve with you before any other instance. If we still cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer organizations indicated in the annexes to this document.
15. Modification of These Terms
We may update these terms. The date in the header indicates the last revision.
The terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time you placed it. A subsequent change will never be applied retroactively to a purchase already made.
16. Partial Nullity
If a competent authority declares any clause null or unenforceable, the rest will remain fully in force.
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable law in the consumer's habitual country of residence.
As a consumer, you can claim before the courts and bodies of your own country of residence. No clause in this document obliges you to litigate outside of it.
Annexes by country
These annexes collect the rights recognized by the legislation of each country. In case of contradiction with the main body, the annex of your country of residence prevails.
Annex A — Spain and European Union
Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify or incur any penalty.
- We provide the model withdrawal form in the Returns Policy, although you can communicate it by any unequivocal means.
- You also have an online withdrawal function, permanently accessible from the site, in accordance with European regulations in force since June 19, 2026.
- We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal, by the same payment method.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 3 years for products purchased from January 1, 2022, in accordance with Spanish law.
Delivery period: maximum 30 days from order confirmation, unless a different period is expressly agreed.
Consumer organizations: You can contact the consumer authorities of your autonomous community or the Member State where you reside.
Annex B — Mexico
Right of revocation: 5 business days from receipt, in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, for remote purchases.
- Prices are shown in Mexican pesos including VAT.
- Advertising and promotions conform to what is actually offered.
Organization: Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
Annex C — Colombia
Right of withdrawal: 5 business days from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
Payment reversal: In cases provided by law — fraud, product not received, defective or unsolicited product — you can request payment reversal from your issuer within 5 business days, and we will collaborate in the process.
Legal guarantee: In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011.
Organization: Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
Annex D — Argentina
Right of repentance: 10 consecutive days from delivery or the conclusion of the contract, whichever is later, in accordance with Law 24.240. The exercise of this right has no cost to you.
Repentance Button: In accordance with Resolution 424/2020, you will find a direct and prominent access on the lazuela.com homepage to request the revocation of your purchase.
Organization: National Directorate of Consumer Defense.
Annex E — Chile
Right of withdrawal: 10 days from the receipt of the product or the contracting of the service, in accordance with Law 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
Organization: National Consumer Service (SERNAC).
Annex F — Peru
Virtual Complaints Book: permanently available and accessible from the footer of lazuela.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
Complaint handling: We maintain a permanently operational service channel at hola@lazuela.com for inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Commercial practices: We do not use scarcity or urgency messages that do not correspond to reality, pre-ticked boxes, hidden charges, or any mechanism intended to condition your purchase decision.
Organization: INDECOPI.
Annex G — Costa Rica
Right of withdrawal: 8 business days from receipt, for contracts concluded remotely, in accordance with Law 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense and its regulations.
Organization: National Consumer Commission, Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC).
Annex H — United States
There is no general federal right of withdrawal for online purchases. We still apply our [30] day commercial return policy described in section 8.
Shipping times: In accordance with applicable federal regulations, if we cannot ship within the indicated period — or within 30 days if no period was indicated — we will offer you the option to cancel the order with a full refund.
Product warnings: Where applicable, products intended for California will include the warnings required by state regulations applicable to jewelry.
These terms have been drafted specifically for Lazuela and reflect our actual sales conditions.
